After several stints working as a restaurant pastry chef, I decided to commit myself full time to writing cookbooks and articles about food. Throughout the years, I also continued to bake all sorts of confections and candies for friends and family. This experience and love of designing and creating sweet goodies eventually led me to share them more widely. From cakes to cookies to candies of all kinds, I create traditional, sometimes simple, sometimes lavish treats that are, more than anything else, delicious and comforting.
