Every cake I create is unique and prepared to order according to the specifications of your special event. From large wedding cakes to elegant bite-size petits fours, I take pride in producing delicious cakes using only the freshest of ingredients, often procured from local artisans and producers. I specialize in coating and decorating the cakes with the silkiest Italian buttercream in a variety of fresh flavors, but I am also happy to work with chocolate ganache or rolled fondant, and decorate your piece with handmade marzipan fruit, sugar flowers, or even organic fresh flowers.
