Cookies

The flavor and texture of my fanciful cut-out sugar cookies are superior, as they are prepared from the best unsalted butter, sugar, flour, eggs, and vanilla extract. My chocolate and ginger varieties rely on high-quality bittersweet chocolate, cinnamon, ginger, and dark molasses. Every cookie is cut, baked, and decorated by hand. The shapes, colors, and details result from hours of envisioning, designing, sketching, and finally fashioning with layers of homemade royal icing (safe for pregnant women and children) and sugar details. My confections are based on old-fashioned handwork, artistry, and patience to create one cookie at a time.

I will prepare cookies for any occasion, but I specialize in creating sweet treats for bridal showers, baby showers, weddings, and birthdays. I employ dozens of thoughtfully designed shapes and themes, but I am happy to create new ones to suit your specific event.
